Meet the group

The Band

Four Stockholm teenagers became one of Sweden's biggest pop exports in 1999 — and 27 years later, they're still the same lineup. Here's who they are, then and now.

Signed to Stockholm Records in 1998 at 15 and became one of the group's two lead vocalists throughout the original run. After the 2004 hiatus she returned in 2006 with the solo album Enjoy the Ride, led by the gold-certified single "That's The Way My Heart Goes."

Since then she's built a substantial Swedish TV career: judge on X Factor Sverige, runner-up on Let's Dance (2015), and host of Bingolotto and Det stora tårtslaget.

More recently she competed on Förrädarna (2024) and Masked Singer Sverige (2025), and now works widely as a presenter, conference host, and public speaker alongside the A*Teens reunion.

Son of a Bengali father who moved to Sweden from India and a mother from Värmland. Released a solo album, Songs in a Key of Mine, in 2008, then earned a Master's in Business from the Stockholm School of Economics (2009) and interned at Bain & Company.

Joined his family's chemical manufacturing business, Paxymer AB, in 2010 and became its CEO, developing environmentally friendly flame retardants for the plastics industry. Married to graphic designer Unnur Ýrr Helgadóttir; the family lives in Iceland — the furthest from a full-time entertainment career of the four, and the group's de facto businessman.

More recently he's shifted into regenerative business consulting: designing ownership and governance structures through ventures like RCO and the investment vehicle Katalist, hosting the World of Wisdom podcast, writing the Substack newsletter Breadcrumbs, and leading organizational design work for companies including Volvo.

Since then he's worked mainly behind the scenes as a songwriter and producer, collaborating with Måns Zelmerlöw, Anton Ewald, and Carl Falk, and featuring on Avicii's "Sunset Jesus" (2015). Also modeled for Swedish fashion labels and released a solo EP, Breaking Habits, in 2022.
